RETURNS

Return merchandise will be subject to a minimum restocking charge of twenty percent (20%) within 14 days unless AkersAcresPets.com have made other arrangements.  Product must be in resalable condition, free from hair and wear. Package the product in original packaging with all the original parts and paperwork.  Exchanges are granted within 25 days of purchase only.  In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise  for return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging unless it is a manufacturing defect.

LIMITED LIABILITY:

 AkersAcresPets.com shall not be liable for damages of product including but not limited to physical abuse, excessive use, liquids, spilled chemicals, oxidation or component corrosion caused by exposure to the natural elements.  AkersAcresPets.com will assume no responsibility for any consequences that may arise while installing and/or using these products.                        

The Limited warranty also does not cover any losses or damages that may occur as result of:

1.     Shipping, improper installation or maintenance.  

2.     Misuse, neglect or improper enviroment.

3.     Any repairs or modifications by anyone other than the manufacturer of the product and their authorized service center.

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers.  No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by AkersAcresPets.com.   AkersAcresPets.com is not responsible for the normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).  Items which are reported defective within 25 days of receipt will be replaced  or if requested, a refund will be issued.  Claims reported after 25 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of AkersAcresPets.com  at no charge.

 PRODUCT INFORMATION

With the beds, toys, and other products we sell on this site, normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet's play is to be expected, and therefore not covered under any guarantee.  Supervision during play with all toys is recommended.  There is a one-time replacement guarantee with the Zogoflex products, the Hurley and Huck.  Please contact us for more information on this guarantee.  SHIPPING:

We know when you place an order with us you are eager to receive it.  We are just as happy for you to get our products and to start using them. Since that is the case our items are shipped within one to two business days from when you place your order.  Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and  shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

Occsasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time.  Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items. special orders and out of stock items may take longer.  Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, discontinuation, or other unforseen circumstances.  We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if the  item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. TAXES

AkersAcresPets.com is located in the sales tax-free state of  Montana, therefore no sales tax will be added to any purchase made on our site.

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received wihtin  24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.  Please email  or call us  to cancel an order.
